If you are reading this you are one of the lucky ones that had enough sense to do some research before you purchase from an unauthorized reseller such as eBay, Alibaba or an online store outside your country. Most likely it is a used robot, Chinese store trying to sell out of the country or a look-alike knock-off. The fact is that if you purchase from an unauthorized company you have no warranty or service. The other issue is that you will be purchasing a Chinese version that is not the same as the export versions with major certifications, nor will not be able to join our AUBO community or get software updates. In order to ensure all is in order and receive full support and warranty the purchase has to be made through the official distribution channel found on our website under distributors.
